At DynamatStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
